Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SmoothLab GrowCap. If it's not the right fit for you, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at kitcheneasy2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you of the approval status

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
